Privacy notice

Tarutra Robotics and Automation Pvt. Ltd. uses information you submit to assess your project and respond to your enquiry. Our static website links to a separate Google Apps Script enquiry form. The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Information collected

The enquiry form collects organization, name, business email, optional phone number, project type, location, operating environment, asset type, optional required depth, timeline, mission description and an optional attachment. It also records submission time, a reference number and your acknowledgement of the enquiry privacy notice.

Use and storage

We use submissions to assess requirements, discuss scope and respond to you. Enquiries are stored in Google Sheets and attachments in Google Drive with restricted staff access. Google Apps Script processes the submission and sends an internal email notification. Files are not published or attached to notification emails.

Hosting and service providers

Firebase Hosting delivers the website, Cloudflare provides DNS, and Google Workspace services support enquiry handling. These providers may process technical request information under their service terms. The hosted form may use service cookies or other technical mechanisms governed by Google.

Retention and your requests

Enquiries are kept for project follow-up and applicable business or legal needs; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. Contact ronak@tarutrarobotics.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about retention for your enquiry. Include your reference number if available.

Attachments and confidentiality

Upload only material you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or confidential drawings requiring an NDA. Contact us to agree an appropriate exchange before sharing sensitive project information.
